Olympia Municipal Court
Court and probation services are transitioning to Thurston County On July 8, 2025, the Olympia City Council approved an Interlocal Agreement with Thurston County District Court to transition Olympia’s municipal court and probation services to a regional model. Olympia Municipal Court operations at the Lee Creighton Justice Center are expected to end with the official transfer of judicial services to Thurston County on February 4, 2026.
